The exceptional hunger strike of family members went to 209 days of protest, this need to be addressed under human laws.

Occupied Balochistan: Since the tactic of kill and dump are accruing the protest of victimized family member of Baloch missing persons  entered their 209 days of hunger protest, it is indeed time to addressed the issue of Baloch missing persons under human law, the time for the human rights protectors has come to take the case of Baloch missing persons and bring them justice or provide them the support they are needing in this worse genocidal crime against them. 

The family members of Mir Wadood Raisani, Jalil Reki Baloch, Sangat Sana Baloch, Dr Deen Mohammad Baloch, Zakir Majeed Baloch, Gafoor Baloch, Ali Asghar Bangulzai, Maqbool Baloch, Zafar Baloch, Sami Mengal Baloch, Hafiz Saeed Ur Rehman Baloch entered their 209 days of outstanding hunger protest, Hunger protest from family members of Aga Abid Shah Baloch, Safeer Baloch, Sattar Baloch entered 189, While the family members of  Sameer Rind Baloch, Waleed Afzal Baloch, Nabeel Haji Shahib Khan Baloch, Yasir Haji Nisar Baloch, Sameer Rasheed Baloch, Mehr Ullah Langov Baloch, Hassan Langov Baloch recorded 128 days of Hunger protest for their loved ones. 

Family members of woman activists Banok Zarina Marri Baloch entered their 128 days of hunger protest, hunger protest for the release of Irshad Nasir entered their 86 days of hunger protest, Hunger protest for Naseem Afzal Baloch entered 109 days and family members of Arif Noor Baloch, HRCP activists Siddiq Eido Baloch, Yousuf Baloch & Hameed Ullah Baloch entered their 54 days of hunger protest, The relatives of Sadiq Langove Baloch entered their 32 days of hunger protest while the family members of woman activists Hanifa Bugti entered 23 days of hunger protest. 

Meanwhile the hunger protest staged by VBMP infront of Karachi press club entered 59 days of protest, while talking to the journalist the sister of Sameer rind Baloch stated that her brother Sameer Rind Baloch was abducted by a high number of Pakistani forces on 10 October 2010 at around 2:00 am from his home in Turbat town and was taken to unknown locations and still there is no news of his well being. She continued that we are worried that he is alive or is tortured to dead like all other missing persons, further talking she requested that if he has done something wrong then he should be brought to a court and should be confiscated if convicted.

On the other hand the brother of Dr Deen Mohammad Baloch addressed the media about the abduction that Pakistani forces whisked Dr Baloch on 28 June 2009 from his house in Government Quarters has Dr Baloch was a Medical officer in Oranch Roll Health center, while it has been 2 years but still we don’t have any information about him and we are still worried if he is alive or tortured and killed. 

The Chairman of Voice for Baloch missing persons (VBMP) Abdul Qadeer Baloch stated that in just today Baba Bohair was taken when he was returning to pasni from Karachi, the Pakistani forces halted the Bus carrying Mr Bohair and he was forced to leave the bus while being blindfolded, meanwhile on one hand Pakistani forces are dumping the bodies  of  our loved ones  and while on the other they are kidnapping more of the Baloch activists, and these news and reports are being shown in the local news papers and electronic media but still the Supreme Court and High Court of Balochistan are not taking any Suo Moto Actions against these atrocities and the worse is this that we cant registered any FIR against the Pakistani forces in the local police station.
