The 5th Advanced Offshore Patrol Vessel of the Indian Coast Guard. CGS ‘Sankalp’. 105 meters long ,CGS ‘Sankalp’ draws 2300 tons, and has an endurance of 6500 nautical miles The ship is capable of moving at a max speed of approx. 25 Knots (40 KMPH).

The women are trained in Tactics employed in Air Warfare, Anti Submarine Warfare and the exploitation of electronic intelligence systems in addition to the basic training in Air Navigation and flying procedures. They are inducted into Maritime Reconnaissance and Anti-submarine warfare aircraft of the Navy.
